SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure prompt delivery all packages should be addressed as follows:

Due to limited space at the hotel they would request that packages be sent no earlier than 3 days prior to our conference.
Vendors are responsible for all shipping charges related to their trade show booth materials and products.
SHOW SPECIALS
For our conference this year, we are asking all of our Preferred Vendors to provide a Show Special. This part of the tradeshow has been very successful and Members know to come with P.O.’s to take advantage of discounts and special offers. We would request that this be something different from your normal spring program, available only at the conference until one week after. First time buyer specials are excellent for attracting new customers.
Submit your Show Special to us in the form of a half page ad with a logo no later than March 1st, 2012. Your ad will be published in the Conference Program and e-mailed to Members two weeks prior to the event. The ad should meet the following criteria and be sent to Sandie Minguez
Ad Specs: 7.5" x 4.5" size, 4 color, High resolution PDF, No bleeds
TRADE SHOW
Standard 6 foot table top booths will be provided for exhibits. All product displays and literature that can fit on your table and within your immediate area are welcome.
VENDOROPOLY
Preferred Vendors at our conference trade show are pleased every year at the excellent opportunities they have to speak with every CGNA decision maker. Vendoropoly will again be featured with your company logo on a game card that needs you to provide a sticker for the CGNA Members to qualify for some great prizes after spending time at your booth. Come prepared to talk about your company and products and if you have a prize to give away, let us know.
